We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join our Haematology and Dialysis Unit, in a newly created permanent part time opportunity.
Your Role:
As a Clinical Nurse you will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns. Based on your experience, you will assisting with providing supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team, through effective decision making and support.
This opportunity is being offered as a permanent part time role, working a base roster of 64 hours p/fortnight.
Your Background:
You will be an experienced Clinical Nurse with a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience, and 2+ years within an Dialysis/Haematology environment. You will demonstrate a passion for delivering person-centred care through living our values. You will present with:
- Well-developed communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience coordinating care provision with large team
- Complex problem-solving and assessment skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and remain patient-focused under pressure
- Commitment to ongoing professional development

Remuneration value: Level 2 position, $44.14-$47.29 p/h (FTE $87, 220 - $93, 445), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging benefit + cumulative study leave.
