  • Permanent Remuneration Value:  $27.25 - $29.83 p/hour (FTE $53, 846 - $58, 944) + 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging
  • Casual Remuneration Value: Above hourly rate + 9.5% Super + 23% casual loading

 

We are currently inviting applications for Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual Sterilisation Technician positions at The Wesley Hospital.

 

About the Role:

Working as a CSSD Sterilisation technician, you will be responsible for the reprocessing and sterilisation of surgical instruments and equipment to the Operating Theatres and clinical areas within the Hospital.

 

We have opportunities for Permanent Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual positions to suit your availability.

 

To be successful in your application, you will demonstrate:

  • Certificate III in Sterilisation or working/willing to work towards
  • Ability to work a rotating roster that includes night and weekend shifts
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required 

 

Those with previous experience in a similar position is desirable, but not essential. We’re looking for those with the right attitude and motivation to join out team!

Essential: Do you have unlimited working entitlements in Australia as an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident or New Zealand Passport Holder?
Not Essential: Do you have any previous experience in a CSSD Sterilisation Technician role?
