The Wesley Hospital is inviting applications for Patient Services Officers to apply for casual roles within their Patient Administration Unit.

About The Role:
The Patient Administration team pride themselves on providing, timely and accurate processing of information to both internal and public customers of the hospital. These roles will be responsible for providing high quality customer service and the provision of clerical and administrative duties, processing accurate and efficient information in a timely manner. Reception coverage may also be a component of your role.
As an experienced Medical Administrator, you will demonstrate a passion for exceptional customer service and person-centred care. You will be comfortable with managing your time effectively and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will have:
- Prior hospital or health experience
- Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology;
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to meet customer, patient and organisational needs.
- Demonstrated experience in use of technology to deliver efficient administrative services
- High level data entry and word processing skills
- Availability to work across a full 24/7 roster
