UnitingCare Health is one of the largest not-for-profit private hospital groups in Queensland and is a service group of UnitingCare Queensland. The hospital group is a major provider of healthcare services in Queensland which operates almost 1000 licensed hospital beds and employs over 4400 people.

 

UnitingCare Health is currently embarking on an exciting period of change, including our business systems and processes. As a result we have an opportunity for an experienced Kronos Administrator to join our Workforce Management Solution project team to continue the implementation of Kronos across our hospitals, and to ensure the transition from the project environment to business as usual.  You will act as a subject matter expert, linking end user requirements to new streamlined business processes.  As such you will require strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

 

Reporting to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Review of the system to ensure data integrity, adequacy of system controls, processes and reporting;
  • Systems and process administration;
  • Working with the project team, overseeing the continued development of  the system and interface with other business systems;
  • Developing solutions and making recommendations based on technical systems analysis;
  • Actively participating in User Acceptance Testing;
  • Assisting the Project Manager to manage the relationship with the vendor and other key stakeholders. 

Ideally, the successful applicant will demonstrate the following criteria: 

  •  Significant experience in the commissioning of new systems, upgrades and processes;
  •  Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the implementation and support of the Kronos Workforce Timekeeper and Advanced Scheduler;
  •  Strong Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) skills;
  •  Solid analytical skills to identify and address system and process issues;
  •  Demonstrated communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders;
  • High level documentation skills;
  • Knowledge of Chris21 HR Information System will be highly regarded, but not essential.
