We are currently inviting internal applications for the position of Clinical Nurse to join the Intensive Care Unit at The Wesley.
As a Clinical Nurse you will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns. Based on your experience, you will assisting with providing supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team, through effective decision making and support.
This role would be offered as a full time role, working a base roster of 40 hours p/week.
We offer a base rate of $44.14 - $47.29 p/hour + Super + Allowance ($87,220 - $93,445 + Super + Allowances). We also offer not-for-profit salary packaging that offers a substantial tax-free benefit on a range of everyday expenses.
About You:
You will be an experienced practitioner confident in best practice Intensive/Critical Care nursing, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
You will demonstrate a passion for delivering person-centred care through living our values and present with:
- Well-developed communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience coordinating care provision with large team
- Sound leadership skills to effectively supervise a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and remain patient-focused under pressure
- Willingness to be flexible and available for rostered shifts
