On Offer:

We are currently seeking a Casual Ward Receptionist to support our Alston Ward by providing an exceptional of customer service and patient experience. 


Our Patient Services team pride themselves on providing, timely and accurate information and support to both internal and public customers of the hospital. 


These role will be responsible for providing high quality customer service through general reception, and the provision of clerical and administrative duties, processing accurate and efficient information in a timely manner. 


About You:


You’ll demonstrate:

  • Prior hospital or healthcare experience (Essential)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Flexible approach to your work 
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office applications
  • Fast and accurate data entry and word processing skills
