Position Summary

Buderim Private Hospital are inviting applications for a Prosthetics Coordinator to join our Supply Team in a Permanent Full Time capacity

As a key support function to the Theatre team, you will maintain the prosthetics supply inventory across the theatre unit, ensuring that prosthetic billing and purchase orders are accurately completed within timeframes.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Acting as  key port of call between Theatre and the main supply team
  • Working collaboratively and proactively to deliver an effective service to Theatre
  • Maintaining an effective and efficient prosthetic inventory management system (MRP) and stock control in Theatre.
  • Maintaining prosthetic billing and purchase order records
  • Assist Theatre CNM with basic product information and ordering as per requirements
  • Proactively ensuring service standards and products are maintained and continuously improved upon

You will be a motivated individual, who is comfortable working autonomously, as well as in a wider team, and enjoys the opportunity to utilise your initiative day to day. You’ll be comfortable with change, and understand the flexibility that a role in supply requires when meeting day to day demands. With exceptional communication skills and a commitment to providing a high standard of service, you will have a proven track record of proactively problem solving issues through to resolution and be confident in handling time-pressures.

 

You will have extensive previous experience within a supply role at a similar size organisation. Experience within a hospital or healthcare environment is highly advantageous. Previous experience working with SAP is essential. 


Remuneration Value: Level 4 $31.13 - $31.75 p/hour (FTE $61, 512 - $62, 738) +  9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging
