Remuneration Value:  Level 2 $27.36 -$28.74 (FTE $54, 063 - $56, 790), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging

About the Role:

We are currently inviting applications for a Patient Services Officer to join our Allied Health Day Rehab team in a casual role.

 

The role will be responsible for the provision of quality customer service to patients and visitors of our Allied Health service, as well as administrative support for our Allied Health practitioners and Visiting Medical Officers.

  

With previous experience working in hospital or medical practice administration, you will demonstrate:

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Experience with SAP and Cerner is desirable but not essential
  • Computer literacy skills at an intermediate level with excellent numeracy and data entry skills;
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to problem solve

You will have flexible availability to cover holiday and sick leave when required as well as have the ability to work mostly Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Fridays as needed.
