Theatre Clinical Nurse - Anaesthetics
- Location: Buderim Private Hospital, Sunshine Coast
- Employment: Permanent part-time
- Remuneration: $47.53 - $50.92 p/h (FTE $93, 919 - $100,618), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging
About Our Hospital:
Buderim Private Hospital is one of the coasts largest private hospitals with 194-beds, 8 operating theatres, 2 cardiac catheter theatres, endoscopy and birthing suites, Emergency Centre and a stand-alone mental health unit.
We provide a wide range of surgical services which are performed in a state-of-the-art operating theatre complex including orthopardic, opthalmology, general surgery, Endoscopic Services, vascular, Urology and Urodynamics, including Robotically Assisted Prostate Cancer Surgery.
We have grown substantially over the last decade, with more than $40 million reinvested in additional beds, the latest equipment and a wide range services to meet the growing demands of the Sunshine Coast community.

About the Role:
We’re seeking Clinical Nurses with at least 2-years clinical experience in Theatre and Anaesthetics.
As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for the delivery of safe, holistic nursing care to patients. You will apply clinical leadership skills to achieve objectives as well as assess and respond to clinical nursing issues and concerns.
You will demonstrate a commitment to person-centred care through exceptional communication skills, customer service, and ability to work effectively within a collaborative and supportive multi-disciplinary team.
You will Need:
- Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience in Theatre and Anaesthetics
- Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to your team
- A commitment to the delivery of high-quality patient care and excellent customer service
- Ability to work flexibly across a 24/7 roster
