Our Graduate Program:

As a values-based organisation we are committed to providing new graduates with a professional, caring and structured program to support their learning and development. Our Educators offer a genuine, supportive experience for our graduates, with a choice of rotations within diverse clinical specialities.

For our Mid-Year program, Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses are invited to apply for our General Stream, rotating across a range of clinical areas. Your program will include:  

• Clinical rotations providing you with a challenging and rewarding graduate experience
• Full orientation and preceptored supernumerary program;
• Training, support and mentoring from our dedicated team of clinical educators;
• Graduate support meetings and supportive ward cultures. 
• Extensive educational opportunities, including structured graduate study days, graduate specific education sessions, formal courses, workshops and  career planning;

These roles will be offered as Permanent-Part Time opportunites, working a 64 hour fortnight (32 hours p/week) on the following base rates:

Enrolled Nurse - $29 p/hour + Super + Allowances

Registered Nurse - $33.72 + Super + Allowances
