We are currently seeking a Consulting Suites Coordinator, to oversee the effective provision of reception and clerical services to our attending suite specialists.

 

As the key point of contact for our Consulting Suites, you will supervise and coordinate the day to day activities of the rooms, ensuring the attending Specialists are provided with exceptional medical administration support and customer service to their patients. In addition, you will be accountable for business reporting requirements, including month end reports, receipting, invoicing, banking and other ad hoc administration as required.

 

We are offering this opportunity as a permanent, full time position.

 

About You:

 

Ideally, you will be an experienced medical administrator, with previous experience leading a team in a similar environment. Your passion for quality patient care and customer service is evident through your communication, organisational skills and your ability to manage confidential and pressured situations.

 

You have excellent computer literacy with MS Office and CRM’s, with high attention to detail and an ability to prioritise you and your team’s work effectively to meet conflicting deadlines.

 

Experience with Genie Medical Software is highly desirable, but not essential.

Remuneration Value: 4.1-4.2. $30.97-$31.76 (FTE $61, 196 - $62, 772), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging + discounted employee parking
