The Orderlies at St Stephen’s Hospital pride themselves on providing exceptional customer service to all patients while focusing on patient safety. Responsible for the safe transfer, repositioning and mobilisation of patients across various wards, our Orderlies who work closely with our Patient Service Assisants play a key role in a patients’ time spent at our facility. We currently have a Casual position available for a motivated and responsible Orderly to join the team.

Ideally, the successful applicant will demonstrate the following criteria:

•  Excellence customer services skills;
•  Initiative and creativity in problem solving;
• Ability to follow direction, complete allocated work and follow facility guidelines;
• Demonstrate teamwork in assisting colleagues with various tasks as required;
• Maintain patient confidentiality;
• Availability across various shifts.
