The Wesley Hospital, Theatre unit, is seeking expressions of interest from current employees for the following role –

• Clinical Nurse
• Permanent Full-time or Part-time

The position reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager and is responsible for delivering safe, holistic nursing care and advanced clinical practice. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a Theatre environment. 

To perform the duties of this role you will need to:

• Current AHPRA registration;
• Minimum 3 years relevant and recent nursing experience in Theatre;
• Minimum 2 years Maxillofacial and Plastics experience;
• Passion for contributing to quality, education and leadership activities;
• Have well developed communication skills, be team focused and able to nurture a collegial work environment;
• Demonstrate an advanced level of professionalism;
• Demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development;
• Be innovative and keen to support staff and unit development.
