Position Summary

The Wesley are currently inviting internal applications from experienced Physiotherapists for a new Level 4 fixed term contract opportunity within Allied Health, driving Women's/Health 

 

With a focus on delivering high-quality, clinical support to patients within an acute medical, surgical and rehabilitation setting, you will work alongside a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional person-centred outcomes.

 

As an experienced practitioner, you’ll demonstrate a commitment to delivering person-centred, empathetic care through customer service and our values. You’ll demonstrate a minimum of 4-5 years acute experience within an acute hospital environment, and present with:

 

  • Extensive evidence of a high level of clinical problem solving skills
  • Evidence ongoing Clinical Professional Development/Postgraduate Study
  • Previous team leadership experience, including mentoring of junior clinicians
  • Experience in services development in Women’s/Men’s Health
  • Exceptional time-management skills, with ability to prioritise workloads across multiple disciplines

 

Remuneration value: Level 4 Position, $54.57-$59.11 p/h (FTE $107, 771 - $116, 801), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging + discounted employee parking
