We are currently inviting applications for a permanent part-time Patient Services Officer to join the Allied Health Team at The Wesley Hospital.

About the Role:

We are currently inviting applications for a Patient Services Officer to join our Allied Health Day Rehab team. This is a permanent part-time role required to work a base roster of 15 hours per week.


The role will be responsible for the provision of quality customer service to patients and visitors of our Allied Health service, as well as administrative support for our Allied Health practitioners and Visiting Medical Officers.


With previous experience working in hospital or medical practice administration, you will demonstrate:

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Experience with SAP and Cerner is desirable but not essential
  • Computer literacy skills at an intermediate level with excellent numeracy and data entry skills;
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to problem solve
  • Experience working in a busy outpatient setting

You will have flexible availability to work shifts across Monday to Friday as well as cover holiday and sick leave as needed.
