St Stephens is currently seeking internal applications for a Permanent Full Time Clinical Nurse opportunity that has arisen with its Surgical Ward

As a Clinical Nurse, you will:

• Provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise
• Assess and respond appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns
• Commit to achieving optimal patient outcomes through the use of effective clinical knowledge and professional standards of practice
• Apply clinical practice that ensures and promotes a safe environment for optimal patient health
• Apply sound knowledge of principles of clinical and workplace risk management, including incident management

 To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

• Minimum of 5 Years in Surgical and/or Orthopaedic Environment
• Relevant Postgraduate Qualification
• Minimum of 2 Years Team Leadership experience, in mentoring and coaching students and other staff members.
• Advanced clinical assessment and application skills, with demonstrated clinical problem solving skills
• Ability to manage designated portfolio and display sound leadership skills
