Employment Status – Permanent Part Time

Location – Day Surgery Unit, St Stephens Hospital

Classification – Level 1 Registered Nurse

Remuneration Value:  $33.72-$43.34 p/h (FTE $66, 630 - $85, 639), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging benefit + cumulative study leave.



St Stephens are inviting applications from experienced perioperative registered nurses for a permanent part time opportunity within Preadmissions Clinic

An experienced perioperative nurse, you will play a critical role in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of the perioperative patient. You will recognise and respond to the changing needs of the patient, and pre-empt and protect their rights and safety through strong patient advocacy.

 

You’ll demonstrate a commitment to person-centred care through exceptional communication, collaboration, and an ability to work effectively within a team. You’ll present with:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Perioperative setting
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Ability to work flexible rotating roster
  • Current Registration with AHPRA / Full Australian Working Entitlements
